The composition of this heliogravure combines spherical shapes found in Laurent Grasso’s film OttO (2018), in a landscape of pyramids inspired by Athanasius Kricher’s 17th century Egyptology book, Sphinx Mystagoga.

The process used for this limited edition resembles the Retroprojection silkscreen series in silver ink usingimages mostly from scientific illustrations (mainly by Camille Flammarion or the magazine La Nature).
